Crayola lip balm recipe: perfect zerowaste lip balm for that spring!<\/p>\n

The summer is slowly arriving and maybe that’s the reason why suddenly last week I wanted to put some color in my lips.<\/p>\n

Bient\u00f4t nous accueillons le mois de juin, et petit \u00e0 petit les beaux jour<\/b>s arrivent<\/b>.<\/p>\n

C’est peut \u00eatre pour cela que la semaine derni\u00e8re j’ai eu soudainement l’envie de mettre un peu de couleur sur mes l\u00e8vres.<\/b><\/p>\n

But what kind of lipbalm could I find without toxic ingredients, or healthy ones?<\/p>\n

I had beeswax (I buy it here<\/a>) and coconut oil left over of my last homemade cream, (you can find the recipe here<\/a>) for the moisturizer and repairing properties, and for the color I found out that we can use some Crayola (I used some scraps of Manley colors that we buy in Spain for my daughter).<\/p>\n

J’avais des restes de cire d’abeille ( que j’ach\u00e8te <\/b>ici<\/a><\/b> ) et d’huile de coco (de la fois o\u00f9 j’ai fait ma cr\u00e8me de visage <\/b>ici<\/a><\/b>) hidratante et r\u00e9paratrice,et pour la couleur j’ai trouv\u00e9 sur le net qu’on pouvait utiliser les cires du type Crayola. De mon c\u00f4t\u00e9 j’ai utilis\u00e9 la marque Manley.<\/b><\/p>\n

Some vitE will protect the lips and preserve the balm.<\/p>\n

Un peu de vitamine E protegera les l\u00e8vres et conservera le baume.<\/b><\/p>\n

I had all the ingredients so I was ready to try:<\/p>\n

I just heat the coconut oil and the beeswax to the water bath, slowly stirring, and added the color. Removed from heat and added the vitE, mixed it and put in a lip balm bottle.<\/p>\n

J’\u00e9tais donc pr\u00eate \u00e0 essayer<\/b> :<\/p>\n

Faire chauffer l’huile de coco et la cire d’abeille au bain marie,remuer et ajouter la couleur et la vitamine E,puis mettre dans le flacon de votre choix avant que le m\u00e9lange refroidisse.<\/b><\/p>\n

Just wait a little and when the mix is solid it’s ready to use.<\/p>\n

It’s easy and very quick to make, so I will probably try another one with another shade color and essential oils.<\/p>\n
