I use to make them with the same recipe: a vegan yogurt recipe:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 coconut yogurt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1cup olive oil<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 cups of flour<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1tbsp baking soda<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 ripped bananas ( the original uses 3 eggs)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Preheat the oven 180\u00b0c and mix the ingredients. Put the batter into the cupcake molds and bake 180\u00b0 c\/20 min.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please consider to stop using disposable muffin tins and start using reusable ones: an easy step in order to reduce waste of your household. I am using reusable ones that I put into a mold:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.fr\/r%C3%A9utilisables-silicone-sup%C3%A9rieure-respectueux-lenvironnement\/dp\/B09YLHBG5V\/ref=mp_s_a_1_4?adgrpid=121973923819&amp;hvadid=590081130659&amp;hvdev=m&amp;hvlocphy=9054993&amp;hvnetw=g&amp;hvqmt=e&amp;hvrand=11035731551001877640&amp;hvtargid=kwd-1582512988&amp;hydadcr=4891_2162144&amp;keywords=silicone+muffin+cups&amp;qid=1679837791&amp;sr=8-4\">Reusable muffin tins<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.fr\/silicone-antiadh%C3%A9sif-cupcakes-brownies-puddings\/dp\/B09VCC4G1X\/ref=mp_s_a_1_9?crid=QXTS5HPLHOB6&amp;keywords=muffin+molds&amp;qid=1679837913&amp;sprefix=muffin+molds%2Caps%2C189&amp;sr=8-9\">Muffins mold<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.fr\/dp\/B0754LGX9Z?pd_rd_i=B0754LGX9Z&amp;pf_rd_p=3eb24ee9-7555-4fb3-a533-55090ae8207b&amp;pf_rd_r=TK9WR4VVMACF9RTFAVEW&amp;pd_rd_wg=y8dkS&amp;pd_rd_w=QPUf3&amp;pd_rd_r=a7d8475d-027b-447a-adfe-fbc613b3aae1\">Mix of both <\/a> (that&#8217;s a great option too)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Let&#8217;s see now how we made two different stylings from this!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Earth day cupcakes <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>I actually tried to make the earth day cupcakes three weeks ago, and tried to create a colored batter (green and blue), which turned as a fail, because everything turned brown and even if it tasted good, we couldn&#8217;t even notice the earthy vibrant blue and green colors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That didn&#8217;t stopped me and I used my forever favorite sugar free &#8220;icing&#8221; using coconut yogurt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I have been using coconut yogurt as a topic for s long time now and we all love it at home, no need to cook it, no butter or sugar added, and an amazing texture soft and thick, absolutely perfect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So I took two yogurts, added blue food coloring to one and blue and yellow to the other one (kids love to create these colors and they learn about primary colors just cooking!).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>First of all I added a layer of blue and then a smaller part of green. No need to be perfect, the result will be nice anyway!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/reel\/CrK4RtJoX1Y\/?igshid=MzRlODBiNWFlZA==\">Cupcakes video<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sprout cupcakes <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>For that one (easier) and probably my favorite, you will mix a tsp of raw chocolate with one coconut yogurt. That will be the topping. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Add some black chocolate, grated on top, this way it&#8217;ll look more like soil.
