Oatmeal cookies with raw cocoa for example are easy and kids love it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Last month (already!?) I tried for the first time a Bundt cake,and I remembered something that I haven&#8217;t shared yet, zucchinis in cakes! I don&#8217;t know what I stopped using zucchini in cakes but it&#8217;s perfect for cacao,the cake was perfectly fluffy and really tasty! So I guess this chocolate world day it&#8217;s the perfect excuse to share the recipe!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery columns-1 wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\"><ul class=\"blocks-gallery-grid\"><li class=\"blocks-gallery-item\"><figure><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"2000\" height=\"3000\" src=\"http:\/\/test.scrapsandcoffeegrounds.comwp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/dsc_0739281297846478552043525261..jpg\" data-id=\"3236\" class=\"wp-image-3236\" \/><\/figure><\/li><\/ul><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Ingredients:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 zucchini,grated<br \/>2tbsp raw cacao (ecological and fair trade,if possible)<br \/>3 tbsp agave syrup<br \/>3eggs<br \/>6tsp baking powder<br \/>2 1\/2 cups of flour<br \/>1pinch of salt<br \/>3\/4 cup plantbased butter<br \/>1\/2 plantbased milk<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mix all the ingredients and oven 180\u00b025min <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To avoid icing and because I haven&#8217;t more time or ingredients, I just added some coconut flakes on the top.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zucchini will add moisture but won&#8217;t change the taste of the cake.
