Sodium Laureth Sulfate\/ Sodium Lauryl Ether Sulfate (SLS\/ SLES) : <\/strong><span style=\"color:rgb(51,51,51);\">surfactants intended to remove soil and as a foaming agent<\/span>,<strong style=\"box-sizing:border-box;margin:0;padding:0;border:0;outline:0;background:0 0 rgb(255,255,255);font-size:20px;vertical-align:baseline;text-size-adjust:100%;font-weight:700;color:rgb(51,51,51);\">Phosphates: <\/strong><span style=\"color:rgb(51,51,51);\">causes high die-off of native marine animal species<\/span>, <strong>Formaldehyde<\/strong>, <strong style=\"box-sizing:border-box;margin:0;padding:0;border:0;outline:0;background:0 0 rgb(255,255,255);font-size:20px;vertical-align:baseline;text-size-adjust:100%;font-weight:700;color:rgb(51,51,51);\">Chlorine Bleach, <\/strong><strong style=\"box-sizing:border-box;margin:0;padding:0;border:0;outline:0;background:0 0 rgb(255,255,255);font-size:20px;vertical-align:baseline;text-size-adjust:100%;font-weight:700;color:rgb(51,51,51);\">Ammonium Sulfate, <\/strong><strong style=\"box-sizing:border-box;margin:0;padding:0;border:0;outline:0;background:0 0 rgb(255,255,255);font-size:20px;vertical-align:baseline;text-size-adjust:100%;font-weight:700;color:rgb(51,51,51);\">Dioxane (1,4 Dioxane\/ Diethylene Dioxide\/ Diethylene Ether\/ Dioxan), Optical Brighteners\/ UV Brighteners,<\/strong><strong style=\"box-sizing:border-box;margin:0;padding:0;border:0;outline:0;background:0 0 rgb(255,255,255);font-size:20px;vertical-align:baseline;text-size-adjust:100%;font-weight:700;color:rgb(51,51,51);\">Fragrance (Unspecified\/ Parfum)&#8230;..<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>And the list continues.<\/p>\n<p>This picture helps a lot to understand those ingredients (I&#8217;ve found it on Instagram via @loveandlarockessentials talking about fabric softeners and dryer sheets)<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-1858 alignnone size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/test.scrapsandcoffeegrounds.comwp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/screenshot_20190116-224430_instagram2782142951533311931.jpg\" width=\"1080\" height=\"1920\"><\/p>\n<p>So that&#8217;s why I love my eco-friendly, harmless (and also inexpensive homemade laundry detergent) because I only need five ingredients:<\/p>\n<p>Soap,Baking soda,white vinegar (softener),salt and Lavender essential oil (not only for a heavenly smell but also because all the proprieties of lavender, antiseptic most of all)<\/p>\n<p>*Ingredients:<\/p>\n<p>-2l water<\/p>\n<p>-90 gr Marseille soap ( a cube that you can grate or you can also buy soap flakes)<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-1862 alignnone size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/test.scrapsandcoffeegrounds.comwp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/dsc_04461707404072639517976.jpg\" width=\"3000\" height=\"2000\"><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-1863\" src=\"http:\/\/test.scrapsandcoffeegrounds.comwp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/dsc_04493508634760408003473.jpg\" width=\"3000\" height=\"2000\"><\/p>\n<p>-2 tbsp baking soda<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-1864 size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/test.scrapsandcoffeegrounds.comwp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/dsc_04507144984393688907668.jpg\" width=\"3000\" height=\"2000\"><\/p>\n<p>-1 tsp salt<\/p>\n<p>-2 tsp white vinegar<\/p>\n<p>-30 drops lavender essential oil<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-1866 alignnone size-full\" src=\"http:\/\/test.scrapsandcoffeegrounds.comwp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/dsc_0453-16429174286340918227.jpg\" width=\"3000\" height=\"2000\"><\/p>\n<p>I just need to boil the water, remove from heat and add the soap. Wait for an homogenous mixture and then add the salt and the baking soda.
